1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or placing an order on SendLovePK ("we", "us", "the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
SendLovePK is a gifting marketplace based in Lahore, Pakistan, connecting customers with local bakeries, florists, and gifting partners for delivery. Products are prepared and fulfilled by our partner vendors; SendLovePK coordinates ordering, payment, and delivery.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed in your selected currency, with an approximate PKR reference shown at checkout. All orders are charged in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product becomes unavailable after ordering.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Safepay, a licensed payment service provider regulated in Pakistan. SendLovePK does not collect or store your full card details — these are handled directly by Safepay's secure payment infrastructure.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Lahore, Pakistan, with same-day and scheduled delivery options shown at checkout depending on the product and delivery city. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Product images and descriptions
Product photos are representative of the item ordered. Because our products are handmade by local partner bakeries and florists, minor variations in decoration, color, or presentation from the photo shown may occur.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to SendLovePK and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
SendLovePK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or failed delivery, except as required by applicable law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
