3. Payment information
Card payments are processed directly by Safepay, our licensed payment service provider. SendLovePK does not receive, process, or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV — these are handled entirely within Safepay's secure payment environment.
4. Sharing with delivery partners
To fulfil your order, we share the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address with the bakery, florist, or gifting partner responsible for preparing and delivering that order.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to remember your cart, preferred currency/country, and to keep you signed in. These are functional cookies required for the site to work, not third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our admin systems.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@sendlovepk.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for completed orders).
